EULA - End User License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and
conditions before using this software. Unless you have a
different license agreement signed by High Criteria
Computing, Inc. your use of this software indicates your
acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Registered Version

One registered copy of Total Recorder must be used by a
single person who uses the software personally on up to
three computers, or installed on a single workstation used
non-concurrently by multiple people, but not both.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
Province of Ontario.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS"
AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments
in which Total Recorder can be installed, NO WARRANTY OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Should the
Software prove defective, you and not High Criteria ASSUME THE
ENTIRE COST OF ANY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY
LOSS) RESULTING FROM THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN OR PRODUCED BY
THE SOFTWARE. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SELECTION OF
THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS, AND FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF, USE OF, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE.

The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.
ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
